Privacy Notice.
Updated October 22, 2026
This notice explains what information the Upnet Solutions website may receive when you browse the site or contact us. It describes the website, not data handling for a specific client project; project arrangements should be documented separately.
Information you provide
When you use a contact or project form, you may provide your name, email address, company or industry, service interest, budget or timing information, and details about your question or project. You can also contact us directly by email or phone.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss a requested project, and maintain records of our communications. We do not use the contact form as a subscription to marketing messages.
Website providers and analytics
The contact and quote forms are designed to use Web3Forms to process submissions for delivery to hello@upnet.co.tz. The forms require a valid service key to send; if a form does not work, please email us directly. The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to measure site visits and interactions. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy notices.
Storage and retention
Information may be handled by the providers described above and by the services used to host the website. Storage locations and retention periods can depend on those providers and the business records involved. Contact us if you have a question or request about an enquiry you submitted.
Security and your choices
We take reasonable steps to protect information used to respond to enquiries, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; some analytics measurements may be affected.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests concerning an enquiry, email hello@upnet.co.tz.
