This page provides general information about engaging Upnet Solutions. It is not a substitute for the written agreement for a particular project.
Project scope and fees
Before work begins, the parties should agree in writing on the project scope, deliverables, assumptions, fees, payment schedule, and expected timeline. Any estimate is subject to the scope and assumptions stated in the proposal.
Changes and responsibilities
How requested changes are assessed, approved, and priced should be agreed in the project documents. Each party's responsibilities, including access to information, approvals, and supplied materials, should also be stated there.
Ownership and third-party services
Ownership, licensing, and transfer of project materials should be set out in the signed agreement. Third-party software, hosting, payment providers, and other services may have separate terms and charges.
Support, launch, and ending a project
Launch responsibilities, training, ongoing support, warranty coverage, suspension, and termination arrangements should be confirmed in the project agreement. This page does not promise a standard warranty, response time, payment split, or support plan.
